Color Msking Decals(CMD&CMWT)

This is for the application of two-tone or multiple colors painting products. There are 2 combined layers of graphic film and mask film to create 2-tone at one step. For carbon fiber or curved surface, we develop a more flexible and upgraded decal- the Color Masking Water Transfer (CMWT). Operation Process: 1. Finish the first color painting on the frame, dry it completely 2. Remove the release liner and position the decal. Press from the center to both sides to adhere the frame well. 3. Paint the second color of paint. The masking layer is covering from the paint 4. Cure in the oven at a temperature less than 100℃ for 20 min.

3D Decals

Touch the pattern surface will have a strong stereo feeling and the thickness of the 3D is adjusted according to the customer's requirement and the radian of the object. Because the three-dimensional parts of the imported ink, so after high temperature baking the surface hardness and gloss is very high ,don’t need clear coating, especially suitable for matte frame with gloss decals or directly used on anode frame. Feature: 1. Super high adhesion, can use clear coating or non-coating,paint or non-paint. 2. After 3D, the substrate will have an extrusion effect after painting 3. 3D can be made in various thicknesses according to the design. Method of use: 1.Clean the product surface. 2. Remove the release paper without film label, soak pure water for 10-20 seconds. 3. Remove the backing paper, use the squeegee scrape bubbles and moisture, until water discharge. 4.80 ℃ -100℃ baking 20 minutes (carbon fiber objects, baking 85 ℃, 30 minutes) 5.120-145 baking 20 minutes (carbon fiber objects baked 85 ℃, 20-30 minutes), can be sprayed or not spray gold oil in outside. Our 3D decals thickness can be made 0.01-0.25mm.

BC Decals

BC decals also called anti-labeling, is a kind of soluble water decals, which can be applied to a variety of externally sprayed clear coating to decals. It is easy and fast to integrate with the object, and there will be a thin film print, but the process is very short. Method ofuse: 1.After painting the material is transferred. 2.BC decals release paper is removed and soaked (water plus BCS, ratio 1:20) for 10-20 seconds. 3.Align the transferred object, use the squeegee scrape bubbles and remove the backing paper. 4.Wash with water, then bake at 70℃-100℃for 20 minutes.
