BC Decals
BC decals also called anti-labeling, is a kind of soluble water decals, which can be applied to a variety of externally sprayed clear coating to decals. It is easy and fast to integrate with the object, and there will be a thin film print, but the process is very short.
Method ofuse:
1.After painting the material is transferred.
2.BC decals release paper is removed and soaked (water plus BCS, ratio 1:20) for 10-20 seconds.
3.Align the transferred object, use the squeegee scrape bubbles and remove the backing paper.
4.Wash with water, then bake at 70℃-100℃for 20 minutes.

Workshop
1. Provide samples or drawings as well as customer requirements.
2.Typesetting separations and film output are designed and printed by computer according to customer requirements.
3. Depending on customer color preferences, color swatches are created and loaded onto the color card for printing.
4. According to printing requirements a printing plate is created.
5. After proofing rooms print is complete a sample product is detected.
6. Then the development department is accordance with the customer's sample reviews re-proofs the sample.
